Shipping & Returns


We use Australia Post’s Prepaid Satchels for our deliveries.  All Satchels are based on volume and can carry up to 5kgs, so we will select the best sized satchel to fit your order.

As an indication: 

• up to 30 standard soaps, larger orders please contact us for assistance with order/shipping.

Pricing is for Australia Only.  For New Zealand please contact us.  Prices are subject to change as per Australia Post charges.


Due to the fact that our products are personal care products, we cannot accept any returned item that has been used.

If, for whatever reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of your order date to initiate a return. Once we receive the items, we will issue a full credit of the purchase price less shipping.

If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item in error, please contact us within 14 days of your order date to initiate a return with return-shipping costs free of charge to you. Once we receive the item(s), we will ship a replacement to you within 3-5 business days.

We do not exchange items for ‘change of mind’, so please choose carefully.

If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it for any reason, please contact us immediately by either phone or email. We will do everything we can to stop your order from shipping, however we cannot guarantee this.

If your order has already shipped, and you choose to continue to cancel your order, you will be solely responsible for all shipping charges to return the item(s) to our location.
